Central District Homicide Arrest
Baltimore Police Department detectives have arrested July 27 a 16-year-old male from Baltimore in connection with a homicide that occurred in the Central District.
The juvenile male was wanted in relation to a shooting that resulted in the death of 35-year-old Quinton McLellan that occurred on February 28, 2026, in the 1500 block of Ashland Avenue.
On July 24, 2026, the male was served this murder warrant while in Juvenile Booking on an unrelated charge. He was taken to the Central Booking Intake Facility, where he has been charged as an adult with First Degree Murder, First Degree Assault, and additional charges.
