Baltimore Police Department (BPD) homicide detectives have arrested 36-year-old Davon Kelly of Rosedale, Maryland.
Kelly was apprehended in connection to the homicide of 38-year-old Aaron Hill. Hill was fatally shot on July 4, in the 3500 block Esther Place.
On July 7, detectives arrested Kelly and transported him to the Central Booking & Intake Facility, where he was charged with first- and second-degree murder.
