Police Arrest Attempted Murder Suspect Six Days After Incident

On March 21, the Warrant Apprehension Task Force and Capital Area Regional Task Force members arrested 20-year-old Robert Blue. 

Detectives believe that Blue was involved in the shooting of a 21-year-old male on the 4600 block of White Avenue on March 15. 

Detectives transported Blue to the Central Booking Intake Facility, where he was charged with attempted first-degree murder.

On March 15, at approximately 12:27 p.m., Baltimore Police Department officers were patrolling in the area of Belair Road and Arizona Avenue when they observed a vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed.

Officers observed the vehicle pull over into the 4200 block of Arizona Avenue.

Upon making contact with the 21-year-old driver, they were advised by the driver that he was shot. Officers observed that the victim was suffering from gunshot wounds.

Medics transported the victim to an area hospital where he is receiving treatment for his injuries.

Detectives located a crime scene on the 4600 block of White Avenue.
