A Baltimore man has been charged with the attempted murder of a 42-year-old man in September following the suspect’s arrest last week.

The Baltimore Police Department reported that the Warrant Apprehension Task Force arrested 58-year-old Robert Bullock on Nov. 11.

Bullock is charged with attempted first and second-degree murder, firearm use in a felony violent crime, first and second-degree assault, firearm possession with a felony conviction, having a handgun on his person, having a loaded handgun on his person, reckless endangerment, and discharging a firearm, according to the Maryland Judiciary website.

Shortly after 12 p.m. on Sept. 29, police were called to a hospital where it was reported that the victim walked in to treat a gunshot wound. During their investigation, detectives interviewed several people, identified Bullock, and obtained a warrant for his arrest.

Following his arrest, Bullock was taken to the Northwestern District and interviewed by police. He was then taken to Central Booking, where he is being held without bail.

The Maryland Judiciary website states that Bullock is scheduled for a preliminary hearing on Dec. 15 in Baltimore City District Court.
