Officers for the Southwest District of the Baltimore Police Department have arrested a Baltimore resident in connection with the the homicide of 53-year-old Santos Munoz-Hernandez that occurred on October 15, 2022
Investigators believe Travis Avery Rogers fatally shot Munoz-Hernandez while on the 2600 block of Wilkens Avenue.
On Oct. 21, Warrant Apprehension detectives arrested Rogers, 35, while on the 2000 block of Washington Boulevard. Detectives transported Rogers to Central Booking Intake Facility where he has been charged with first-degree murder.
