In reference to the shooting that occurred in the Northeast District on June 1, 2023, investigators have arrested 33-year-old Desmond Lark of Baltimore.
Detectives learned that Lark shot the 43-year-old male victim while on the 5300 block of Frankford Avenue, following a dispute.
On February 8, 2024, Warrant Apprehension detectives arrested Desmond Lark on the 4200 block of Pimlico Road without incident. Lark was transported to the Central Booking Intake Facility where he was charged with attempted first-degree murder.
