Police Apprehend Persons of Interest in Lexington Street Shooting

On Jan. 29, at approximately 2:28 p.m., Central District patrol officers were patrolling the area of Lexington Market when they heard gunfire coming from the 300 block of Lexington Street. 

Upon arrival, Baltimore Police Department officers located a 29-year-old male victim, suffering from an apparent gunshot wound to the face. The victim was transported to an area hospital in stable condition. 

Two persons of interest were seen fleeing on foot eastbound towards Lexington and Howard Streets. Officers were able to apprehend those males.

Central District Shooting detectives responded to the scene and assumed control of the investigation. Anyone with information is urged to contact Central District Shooting detectives at 410-396-2411.
