The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) announced a shooting investigation in the Southeast District.
On May 19, at approximately 6:45 a.m., officers responded to the 3600 block Pulaski Highway in reference to a report of a shooting.
Officers arrived to the location and observed a 43-year-old male with gunshot wounds. The victim was transported to an area hospital for treatment in serious condition.
A person of interest was taken into custody at the scene.
