Pennsylvania Avenue Shooting Victim in Critical Condition

On March 26, at approximately 4:44 p.m., Baltimore Police Department officers responded to the 1800 block of Pennsylvania Avenue to investigate a reported shooting. 

Upon arrival, officers located 28-year-old Eugene Fitzgerald, suffering from an apparent gunshot wound to the body. The victim was transported to an area hospital in critical condition, where he later died.

Western District Shooting detectives responded to the scene and assumed control of the investigation. Anyone with information is urged to contact  Western District Shooting detectives at 410-396-2477.
