The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) announced a homicide investigation in the Northwest District.
On April 3, at approximately 8:43 a.m., Northwest District patrol officers responded to the 4100 block of Patterson Avenue for a report of a shooting.
Upon arrival, officers located a 22-year-old male, unresponsive and suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.
The victim was transported to an area hospital, where he died shortly later.
Homicide detectives are actively investigating the incident and seeking information from the public.
