On Aug. 20, at approximately 11:30 p.m., Southwest District patrol officers responded to the 300 block of South Franklintown Road for a report of a shooting.
Once there, Baltimore Police Department officers located a 32-year-old female and 32-year-old Jermaine Parlow both suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.
Medics arrived on the scene and pronounced the male victim deceased at the location.
The female victim was transported to an area hospital with a non-life-threatening injury.
