Eastern District patrol officers for the Baltimore Police Department are investigating a shooting on Hoffman Street that left one man dead and another man injured.
Around 1:34 p.m. on April 27, officers were called to the 2300 block of E. Hoffman Street for a shooting. Two men, ages 31 and 34, were then found in the 1300 and 1400 block of Montford Avenue with gunshot wounds and taken to an area hospital, according to a press release.
Police said the 31-year-old died later that day. His identity will be released following the notification of his next of kin.
