Officers Seek Information Regarding Shooting Homicide in Central District

On May 24, at approximately 9: 13 p.m., officers with the Baltimore Police Department (BPD) responded to the 500 block of West Franklin Street to investigate a report of a shooting.

Upon arrival, as officers canvassed the area, they located and observed an unidentified male on the 400 block of North Paca Street, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to his back, chest, and face area. Medics transported the victim to an area hospital, where he was pronounced deceased.

Homicide detectives responded and assumed control over this investigation.
