Officers Seek Information in Frisby Street Shooting Homicide Investigation

On Sept. 6, at approximately 12:04 a.m., Northern District patrol officers responded to the 3500 block of Frisby Street, for a report of discharging.

Once there, officers located a 57-year-old male and 21-year-old George Dukes, both suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.

Medics responded to the location and pronounced Dukes dead on the scene. The 57-year-old male was transported to an area hospital for treatment.

Homicide detectives with the Baltimore Police Department are asking anyone with information to contact them at 410-396-2100 or Metro Crime Stoppers at 1-866-7Lockup.
