On Sept. 3, at approximately 1:18 a.m., Central District patrol officers with the Baltimore Police Department were on routine patrol when they heard discharging coming from a club on the unit block of Custom House Avenue.
Officers entered the location and located 29-year-old Stephon Stinnett suffering from life threatening gunshot wounds.
The victim was transported to an area hospital where her later died.
