Officers Report Three Victims, Including a 14-Year-Old Shot on North Montford Avenue

On April 25, 2023, at approximately 7:15 p.m., Southeast District patrol officers with the Baltimore Police Department (BPD) responded to the 400 block of North Montford Avenue to investigate a ShotSpotter alert.

Once at the location, officers located a 24-year-old male victim suffering from an apparent gunshot wound to the body. A second 23-year-old male victim was found on the 500 block of North Port Street suffering from an apparent gunshot wound to the body. Both victims were transported to an area hospital by a medic with non-life-threatening injuries.

A short time later, a 14-year-old male victim walked into a nearby hospital seeking treatment for an apparent gunshot wound to the hand. The victim stated he was in the 400 block of North Montford when he was shot. The victim’s injuries are non-life threatening.
