On April 7, at approximately 3:43 p.m., a Western District officer with the Baltimore Police Department (BPD) was approached by an individual at the intersection of Pennsylvania Avenue and West North Avenue, the individual stated that there was an unidentified male bleeding inside a residence located in the 1600 block of West North Avenue.
Upon arrival, officers observed 53-year-old Antion Bowman suffering from a cut to his left arm. Officers attempted life-saving measures on the victim until medics arrived on the scene. Medics arrived and pronounced Bowman deceased on the scene.
Homicide detectives were notified and assumed control of the investigation.
