Officers Open Investigation into Non-Fatal Shooting of Teen in Southwest District

On July 10, at approximately 10:49 p.m., officers responded to an area hospital to investigate a call for a walk-in shooting victim.

Upon arrival, officers observed a 17-year-old male suffering from a non-life-threatening gunshot wound to his leg.

Detectives are attempting to locate a crime scene.

Southwest District shooting detectives with the Baltimore Police Department responded and assumed control over this investigation.
