Officers Make Second Arrest in 2022 East Hoffman Street Homicide

On Jan. 31, at approximately 5:00 p.m., members of the Warrant Apprehension Task Force arrested a the second suspect in the murder of 25-year-old Donte Miller.

Clipper Jordan was arrested on Tuesday at a home in the 5400 block of Force Road.

Jordan, 32, was transported to the homicide unit where he was interviewed. He was then taken to Central Booking where he has been charged with first-degree murder and conspiracy to commit murder.

On Nov. 15, 25-year-old Donte Miller was shot in the 2600 block of E. Hoffman Street. Miller was transported to Johns Hopkins Hospital where he was pronounced deceased a short time later.

Homicide detectives assumed control of the investigation and ultimately identified two suspects connected to this murder.

On Dec. 12, 2022, 34-year-old Tyrone Fenner, who was already in Central Booking for a handgun violation, was charged with first-degree murder for the death of Donte Miller.

Both Tyrone Fenner and Clipper Jordan are being held at Central Booking without bail.
