On April 12, 2022, at approximately 9:00 a.m., Maryland State Police was advised of a possible body located off of 95 North at mile marker 95, in Cecil County.
Once there, troopers located the remains of a female, later identified as Danielle Parnell, 30, obviously deceased.
The remains of the victim was transported to the State Medical Examiner’s Office where the death was ruled as a homicide.
Maryland State Police detectives worked closely with Baltimore City Homicide detectives and determined that the murder occurred in the 4700 block of Vancouver Road in the Southwest District.
