Officers Launch Investigation into North Franklintown Road Non-Fatal Shooting

On April 27, at approximately 11:48 p.m., Southwest District patrol officers with the Baltimore Police Department (BPD) responded to the 1400 block of North Ellamont Street for a report of a shooting.

Once there, officers located a 29-year-old male suffering from an apparent gunshot wound to the arm.

The victim was transported to an area hospital for treatment.

Investigators have determined the victim was shot while on the 900 block of North Franklintown Road.
