Officers Investigating Shooting of 15-Year-Old on North Belnord Avenue

On April 4, at approximately 10:33 p.m., Eastern District officers with the Baltimore Police Department (BPD) responded to the 900 block of North Belnord Avenue for a ShotSpotter alert.

Upon arrival, officers were flagged down by citizens who advised officers that a 15-year-old female was shot.

Officers located the 15-year-old female in the 900 block of North Belnord Avenue, suffering from a non-life-threatening gunshot wound to her arm. The victim was transported by medics to an area hospital to be treated for her injury.

Eastern District detectives responded and assumed control over the investigation. Anyone with information is asked to contact them at 410-396-2433.
