Officers Arrest and Charge 15-Year-Old in Dolphin Street Attempted Murder Case

On March 24, 2023, at approximately 9:10 a.m., Baltimore City School Police officers arrested a 15-year-old male on the 1400 block of Orleans Street.

Investigators believe that the 15-year-old male shot a 21-year-old male and a 19-year-old male, on March 2, on the 500 block of Dolphin Street.

The suspect is currently being held at Central Booking Intake Facility and has been charged with attempted first-degree murder and numerous handgun violations.
