LaForrest Morgan, 47, appeared before Baltimore City Circuit Court Judge Melissa K. Copeland on Sept. 12 to receive a trial date.
Morgan is facing 13 charges, including attempted first-second-degree murder, first-degree assault, armed robbery, and felony use of a firearm across two cases for allegedly injuring a 27-year-old male victim during a robbery-shooting that occurred June 28, 2024 on the 2400 block of Pennsylvania Ave.
The prosecution indicated they will require five days to try this and the pending case pending against Morgan. Parties agreed on a Nov. 17 date, as defense attorney Brandon Mead will be unavailable until then.
Morgan is slated to be tried before Judge Martin H. Schreiber II.
