On Nov. 30, at approximately 6 a.m., Northwest District patrol officers responded to the 2400 block of Talbot Road, to investigate a person lying in the street.
Once there, officers located an unidentified male, unresponsive, with gunshot wounds to the body.
Medics responded to the location and pronounced the victim dead on the scene.
