The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) announced a homicide investigation in the Northern District.
On Jan. 22, at approximately 5:33 p.m., Northern District patrol officers responded to the 5400 block of York Road to investigate a reported shooting incident.
Upon arrival, officers located a 52-year-old female victim suffering from an apparent gunshot wound inside a vehicle. The victim was pronounced deceased by medics on scene.
A 29-year-old male victim and an 11-year-old female victim were also located in the rear of the vehicle, suffering from non-life-threatening gunshot wounds. Both victims were transported to an area hospital and are listed in stable condition.
