Northern District Shooting Investigation

On August 17, 2026, at approximately 1:37 p.m., Baltimore Police Department officers responded to the 600 block of East 34th Street for a discharging of a firearm investigation. 

Upon officers’ arrival at the location, they located a 35-year-old male victim suffering from an apparent gunshot wound to the body. The victim was transported to an area hospital listed in stable condition.

Northern District Shooting detectives responded to the scene and assumed control of the investigation. Anyone with information is urged to contact Northern District Shooting detectives at 410-396-2455.
