On Aug. 16, at approximately 6:21 p.m., Northern District officers responded to the 600 block of Springfield Avenue to investigate a reported shooting.
Upon arrival, Baltimore Police Department officers located 56-year-old Carroll Wonson victim suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to the upper body. The victim was pronounced deceased on the scene by a medic.
