Northern District Detectives Looking into Non-Fatal Shooting on Chestnut Hill Avenue

On April 9, at approximately 10:41 p.m., Northern District patrol officers with the Baltimore Police Department (BPD) responded to the 600 block of Chestnut Hill Avenue for a report of discharging.

Once there, officers located a 28-year-old male suffering from an apparent gunshot wound.

Medics responded to the location and transported the victim to an area hospital for treatment.

While officers were on the scene of the shooting, a second victim walked into an area hospital seeking treatment.

That victim, a 25-year-old male, suffered non-life threatening gunshot wounds to the body.
