Northeastern Officers Arrest Suspect in Harford Road Non-Fatal Shooting Investigation

In reference to a shooting that took place on March 25, at approximately 11:55 p.m., on the 7200 block of Harford Road, members of the Warrant Apprehension Task Force arrested Damian Palmer. Investigators believe Palmer is responsible for shooting a 55-year-old male victim.

On March 29, Palmer was arrested on the 800 block of Briar Hill Place in Baltimore County without incident.

Palmer is being held at Central Booking Intake Facility, where he is being charged with attempted first-degree murder.

On March 25, at approximately 11:55 p.m., officers responded to the 7200 block of Harford Road for reports of a shooting.

Once at the location, officers located a 55-year-old male victim suffering from apparent multiple gunshot wounds.

Medics transported the victim to an area hospital for treatment. Anyone with information is asked to contact them at 410-396-2444.
