Northeastern District Detectives Open Investigation into Shooting of 15-Year-Old

On Aug. 20, at approximately 3:36 p.m., officers responded to the 5800 block of Leith Walk for reports of a shooting.

A 15-year-old male victim reportedly called police from inside a dwelling. Once there, officers discovered the victim suffering from an apparent non-life-threatening gunshot wound to the leg.

Northeastern District detectives with the Baltimore Police Department are investigating. Anyone with information is asked to contact them at 410-396-2444.
