Northeast Officers Arrest Suspect in Triple Homicide Case, One Victim Still in Critical Condition

On April 19, members of the Capital Area Regional Fugitive Task Force (CARFTF) arrested 48-year-old Marvelle Worsley of Baltimore, on the 1800 block of Harford Road in Baltimore County.

Investigators believe that on April 1, Worsley shot four individuals, killing 41-year-old Girard Smith, 49-year-old Charles Murray, and 69-year-old Darlene Briscoe, while also leaving a 31-year-old female in critical condition, on the 3200 block of Woodring Avenue.

Worsley was transported by detectives to the Central Booking Intake Facility where he has been charged with three counts of first-degree murder, one count of first- degree attempted murder and various handgun violations.
