The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) announced an investigation into a shooting in the Eastern District.
On March 14, at approximately 11:34 p.m., Eastern District patrol officers responded to the 1200 block of North Ellwood Avenue for a report of a shooting.
Officers located an unidentified adult male, unresponsive and suffering from an apparent life-threatening gunshot wound.
The victim was transported to an area hospital, where his condition is unknown.
Due to the seriousness of the victim’s injury, homicide detectives were notified.
