A non-fatal shooting defendant appeared before Baltimore City Circuit Court Judge Robert K. Taylor, Jr. on June 7 to accept a plea deal alongside his stand-in defense attorney Catherine Tarantino.

Nicholas Harvey, 23, is charged with concealment of a deadly weapon, intoxicated public disturbance and discharging a weapon within Baltimore City limits in connection to a Feb. 24 incident.

The prosecution offered a plea deal of one year of a suspended sentence, one year of probation, as well as having to do alcohol screening and treatment.
