Non-Fatal Shooting Charges Dropped Against Florida Man

Prosecution dropped all charges against a Florida man during reception court on Oct. 21 at Baltimore City Circuit Court.

The man, whose address is listed as being in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., was charged with four counts of first and second-degree assault, four counts of false imprisonment, two counts of firearm use in the commission of a crime, and four other firearm-related charges from an incident on Jan 6.

The Florida resident was represented by defense attorney Stephanie Salter.
