On May 29, at approximately 6:45 a.m., Northwest District patrol officers responded to the 5600 block of Bland Avenue for a report of an unresponsive male.
Once there, Baltimore Police Department officers located 25-year-old Jamal Burden suffering from an apparent gunshot wound.
Medics arrived at the scene and pronounced the victim dead.
