The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) announced a homicide investigation in the Southwest District.
On Dec. 6, at approximately 5:39 a.m., officers responded to the 1800 block of McHenry Street for a reported shooting inside a residence.
Upon arrival, officers found four adult victims inside, all suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
A 56-year-old man was pronounced dead at the scene.
A 42-year-old woman was transported to an area hospital, where she was pronounced deceased by hospital staff.
A 36-year-old man and a 26-year-old woman also sustained gunshot wounds and were transported to an area hospital, where they were listed in critical condition.
Homicide detectives responded to the scene and assumed control over the investigation.
Names of deceased victims will be made public after investigators have contacted their next of kin.
