Marion Street Shooting Leaves Man in Critical Condition

On Feb. 17, at approximately 3:15 p.m., Central District patrol officers were called to the 200 block of Marion Street for a report of a shooting.

Once there, Baltimore Police Department officers located 20-year-old Amari Williams suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.

Medics arrived at the location and transported the victim to an area hospital where he was listed in critical condition.

Homicide detectives have been notified due to the severity of the victim’s injuries. Anyone with information is urged to contact detectives at 410-396-2100 or Metro Crime Stoppers at 1-866-7Lockup.

Update: Williams later died from his injuries on Feb. 19.
