Man Shot Overnight in Downtown Baltimore, Expected to Survive

The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) announced a shooting investigation in the Central District.

On May 30, at approximately 12:55 a.m., officers were dispatched to the area of E. Baltimore Street and N. Charles Street for a reported discharging.

While canvassing the area, officers received a call for a shooting victim who had walked into an area hospital for treatment.

Upon arrival at the hospital, officers located a 32-year-old man who was suffering from a non-life-threatening gunshot wound.

Central District shooting detectives are investigating this incident.
