Non-Fatal Shooting

The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a shooting that occurred on June 20.
According to a press release, officers were called at around 3:00 a.m. to a local hospital, where they found a 28-year-old man with a gunshot wound to his thigh.
The victim told police that he had been walking on the 5400 block of Wabash Avenue when he was struck in the face with a handgun and then shot by a man wearing a black neck gaiter. The suspect left the location by foot, and the victim was taken to the hospital.
