The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) announced a homicide investigation in the Southern District.
On Dec. 10, at approximately 5:15 p.m., Southern District officers responded to the 1900 block of Harman Avenue for a reported shooting.
Officers arrived and found an unidentified male with a gunshot wound. The victim was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Homicide detectives have taken over the investigation.
