On June 3, officers from the Southwest District of the Baltimore Police Department responded to an area hospital after receiving a report of a victim who walked in with a non-life threatening gunshot wound. 

According to the press release, the victim, who is a 47-year-old man, said he heard gunshots while walking on the 2200 block of Booth Street. The victim was shot when he tried to flee the area.
