The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) announced a homicide investigation in the Central District.
On May 25, at approximately 2:02 a.m., Central District patrol officers responded to the 400 block of N. Paca Street for a report of a shooting.
Upon arrival, officers discovered a 50-year-old male suffering from an apparent gunshot wound.
Medics transported the victim to an area hospital, where he later died.
Homicide detectives are actively investigating the incident.
