Man Shot Multiple Times on Woodridge Road Succumbs to Injuries

The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) announced a shooting investigation in the Southwest District.

On June 23, at approximately 3:11 p.m., officers responded to the 4100 block of Woodridge Road to investigate a reported discharging of a firearm.

Upon arrival, officers located a vehicle crashed into the rear of a house on fire and a 41-year-old male victim adjacent to the vehicle suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to the upper body.

The victim was transported to an area hospital, where, despite medical efforts, he succumbed to his injuries.

The investigation was upgraded to homicide upon the victim’s death.
