The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) announced a shooting investigation in the Northwest District.
On March 25, at approximately 12:50 p.m., Northwest District patrol officers responded to the 4100 block of Patterson Avenue to investigate a report of a shooting.
Upon arrival, officers located a 39-year-old man suffering from an apparent gunshot wound.
Medics transported the victim to an area hospital for treatment.
