The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) announced a shooting investigation in the Northwest District.
On May 28, at approximately 3:24 a.m., Northwest District patrol officers responded to the 4100 block of W. Belvedere Avenue for a report of a shooting.
Once there, officers located a 40-year-old male suffering from an apparent gunshot wound.
The victim was transported to an area hospital, where he is expected to survive.
