Man Shot in Northwest Baltimore on Halloween Evening, Police Investigating

The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) announced a shooting investigation in the Northwest District.

On Oct. 31, at approximately 5:34 p.m., Northwest District patrol officers responded to the 4500 block of Penhurst Avenue for the discharge of a firearm.

Upon officers’ arrival, they located a 24-year-old victim suffering from an apparent gunshot wound to the arm. The victim was transported to an area hospital and is listed in stable condition.

Northwest District shooting detectives responded to the scene and assumed control of the investigation.
