The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a shooting that occurred on Aug. 13.
According to a press release, a report of a walk-in shooting victim sent officers to a local hospital around 1:30 p.m.
Upon arrival, officers found a 64-year-old man with a non-life threatening injury to his buttocks.
A preliminary investigation revealed that the victim was shot while working on the 1500 block of E. 36th Street.
Police said a suspect, a 45-year-old man, has been identified and taken into custody. Charges are pending and forthcoming.
