On March 6, at approximately 11:09 a.m., Northeast District officers responded to the 5900 block of Arizona Avenue to investigate a call for a reported shooting.
Once there, officers located a 30-year-old male victim suffering from an apparent gunshot wound to the upper body. The victim was transported to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Northeast District shooting detectives responded to the scene and assumed control of the investigation.
