The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) announced a homicide investigation in the Southwest District.
On May 18, at approximately 2:37 a.m., officers responded to the 3400 block of Wilkens Avenue to investigate discharging a firearm.
Upon arrival at the location, officers located an unidentified male victim suffering from an apparent gunshot wound to the neck.
Medics responded to the scene and pronounced the victim deceased.
